The following Affirmative Action Plan was adopted by the Gaffney Architects,
Inc. Board of Directors at their Annual Meeting on October 14, 1987.
Gaffney Architects shall encourage the employment of minorities, handicapped, veterans and disadvantaged.
Gaffney Architects shall refrain from engaging with consultants that do not have affirmative Action Plans or may otherwise be known to discriminate due to age, sex, race, religion preference, or physical handicapped.
Gaffney Architects shall encourage engagement with minority owned business' and consultants.
